Mail Pickup Locations

 

North/Central Facility

1st class; flats; and packages are received in the morning Monday - Friday from the US Postal Service Flagstaff Office. These mail pieces are sorted for distribution to NAU Faculty, staff and students Monday - Friday.

After the sorting process is completed each Monday - Friday morning student mail is then distributed to the appropriate section for boxing.

Mail received from the US Postal Service by 8:00am is boxed for students Monday - Friday by 12:00pm.

Note: For your security, NAU Postal Services is unable to give any information regarding your mail on telephone. You must appear in person with proper identification at our offices to receive information. 

South Facility

1st class mail; flats; and packages are pre-sorted in the morning, Monday - Friday, at the North Mail Facility for delivery and further processing at the South Mail Facility.

Mail is delivered Monday - Friday to the South Mail Facility by 10:00am.

The mail is then sorted for distribution to South Campus Departments and Students.

After the sorting process has been completed mail is the places in the appropriate section for distribution.

Mail received by the North Campus Post Office by 10:00am is boxed for students Monday - Friday by 1:00pm
