The ITS Solution
Center is the central point of contact for NAU faculty, staff and affiliates
requiring technical assistance and support with NAU software, hardware, networking, and telephony.
The Solution Center
will offer extended hours of support during evenings (until 10pm) and weekends
(1pm to 10pm) beginning August 21, 2014, in addition to normal University
business hours (8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday).
