The ITS Department is in its third consecutive year of
soliciting feedback from NAU students, faculty and staff using annual
surveys. The results and trends are
used to improve the knowledge and quality of our services. A short list of example improvements that
have resulted or are currently underway directly as a result of your
suggestions includes:
- The ongoing campus wireless upgrade
- A collaborative diagnostic and tuning session
with Blackboard Learn personnel
- Investigation and expected bug fix of password
change frequency
- Investigation and expected remediation of
SafeConnect issues
- Upgrade of the South Learning Resource Center
- MyNAU portal upgrade
- Renovated ITS web presence
- Improved Sharepoint support
- NAU Alert improvements
- Continued focus on improving support for Apple
users
