Business Process: Managing Requisitions

Overview

The Manage Requisitions page is the central location for maintaining requisitions once they are “saved” and/or “Submitted”. This section reviews how to:

  • “Search and Sort” features to streamline the search results for a requisition.
  • “Expand Section” button to view the lifespan and details for the requisition.
  • “Select Action” option to cancel, budget check, and edit the requisition.

1) Using the “Search” and “Sort” Features

YOU MAY ALSO REVIEW THE NAVIGATION GUIDE AVAILABLE FOR “SEARCHES”

  • The “Manage Requisitions” page will pop up (depending on the parameters pre-set by the system a certain number of Requisitions will display)
  • An error message may display if too many records were retrieved
  • Click “OK” on the error message to gain access to the “search” screen criteria’

  • The “search” screen will appear
  • By providing different information within each field, you can narrow your search (or even go to a specific Requisition if you have the “exact” information)
