A great new feature to Microsoft Office 2010 is the screenshot tool. You can use this tool if you need a quick screenshot for your document. This tool is available for the 2010 version of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook email.
To use this tool, simply go to the Insert tab and in the Illustration group click on Screenshot. You can now take a full screenshot of any available open window by selecting the specific window. The screenshot will then be placed in the insertion point.
If you want only a portion of a screen shot, then click on Screen clipping. You will notice that the screen looks cloudy. Now just click and drag a box around the area that you want to clip.
It will then show up in the insertion point of your document.
