You can change the method in which NAU contacts you by changing the Official
Correspondence to be via Mail instead of E-mail.
Read the instructions below to learn how to change the Official
Correspondence in the LOUIE Student Center
You can change the Official Correspondence method by clicking on the Official
Correspondence hyperlink in your LOUIE Student Center as shown framed
in red in Figure 1 below.

On the Official Correspondence via Mail page, you will see
a list of NAU policies. After carefully reading through them and verifying your
address using the Address hyperlink, check on the box, after a
few seconds your request will be saved.
If you have to make a change, you need to come back on a different date. It
accepts only one request per day.
