You can Accept/Decline Financial Aid awards in the
LOUIE Student Center. In the “View Financial Aid” section of LOUIE Student
Center Finances, you can view how much aid you are awarded for each financial
aid application, and what dates your financial aid disbursements are scheduled
to occur. See the View Financial Aid tutorial
for help with the View Financial Aid section of LOUIE. If you did not apply for
Financial Aid, this tutorial does not apply to you.
In the LOUIE Student
Center, click the Accept/Decline Awards hyperlink under the Financial Aid subheading (shown framed
in red in Figure 1 below).

If you do not see Financial Aid or the list of hyperlinks
underneath the Finances heading, click on the green triangle in front of the
word Finances to display them.
On the Select Aid
Year to View page, click on the link of the financial aid year for which
you filled out financial aid applications (figure 2).

On the Award Package
page, you can see the list of Financial Awards awarded for the particular
Financial Aid year. You can either accept the Financial Awards or Decline them
by clicking on the Accept all or Decline all buttons (figure 3). Or, if you are
offered multiple awards, check the box for the specific awards you would like
to accept. Click the Submit button to save your changes.

On the Award Package
page (figure 3), you can click on the specific Award to view details (figure
4).

On the Accept/Decline
Financial Aid confirmation page, you will see a YES and NO button for
confirmation again (figure 5).

Once you click YES, you will see a Submit Confirmation
message (figure 6) which means you have successfully accepted/declined the
Financial Aid for that specific Financial Aid Year.
