How to Connect to Another User's Shared Calendar

You can connect to another user's shared calendar in Outlook 2011 for Mac by following these step-by-step instructions.
(Please note to be able to view another persons calendar, they must first grant your access level of a Reviewer, Contributor, or Author.)

Step 1

 Outlook 2011 Calendar option

 Click "Calendar" in the left-hand pane of the Outlook window.

Step 2

 Open Calendar

 Click the "Open Calendar" button in the ribbon.

Step 3

 Open Other User's Folder

 In the dialog box, click the icon next to the "User" text box.

Step 4

 Select User

 Type the name of the user whose calendar you want to access and click "Find."  The user's name will appear in the box.  Select it and click "OK."  Finally, click "OK" one more time to access the selected user's shared calendar.
