Accessing Another User's Email

Accessing another user's shared email in Microsoft Outlook 2010 can be achieved by following these step-by-step instructions.

Step 1

Outlook 2010 File tab

Left-click the "File" tab on the far-left side of the ribbon.

Step 2

In the pane that appears, left-click "Open."

Step 3

Open menu

Left-click "Other User's Folder."

Step 4

Open Other User's Folder

In the window that opens, left-click the "Name" button.

Step 5

Address List

Select the name of the user whose shared email you want to access. You can use the search bar to find the user more quickly.  After the user's name is highlighted, left-click "OK."  You now have access to the selected user's shared email.
