Whenever you need verification that
you are enrolled as a student (for example, when applying for a loan), you may
request verification on the Request Enrollment Verification page. After filling
out the request form, the verification report can be printed from your browser
or you can choose to have it mailed to you.
In the left column of your LOUIE
Student Center, you will see a textbox under the Academics heading, with the
words, “other academic...” listed. Click on the drop-down arrow in this textbox
to see a list of options from which you can choose. Highlight Enrollment Verification by clicking on
it, (figure 1) and then click the circle with two arrows (figure 1).
There are several options you can
check or uncheck on the Request
Enrollment Verification page under the Select
Processing Options blue bar (figure 2). You can then choose to print the
report from your browser or have it mailed to you by clicking on the
appropriate choice using the drop-down arrow next to the first text box.
Northern Arizona University will display in the Academic Institution text box.
Include My Program and Plan
and Include My Earned Degrees are
checked by default. If you wish, you can deselect these options by clicking on
the appropriate check box and removing the check mark. You can select Include My Term and Cum GPA by clicking on that check box if you wish to have the term
and your cumulative Grade Point Average included in the verification report.
Finally, you can Select desired term or leave blank for all terms by clicking
on the drop-down arrow and choosing a specific term in the text box next to
this option. Leaving the text box blank will show all terms you have attended
classes at NAU in the verification report.
If you chose Allow to Print from My Browser, you can click on the green Submit
button located at the bottom of the Request
Enrollment Verification page now. Otherwise, you can review the
instructions for entering recipient address information in Figure 3 of this tutorial.
If you have selected Request Institution to Mail, you will
need to check the checkbox next to Send
to my Address under Enter
Recipient Address Information on the Request
Enrollment Verification page. This action will automatically place your
name in the Send to box (figure 3).
Next, click the drop-down box next to
Address Type and select either Home
or Mailing (figure 3). If you select Home, your Enrollment Verification will be
mailed to your permanent home address. If you select Mailing, it will be mailed
to your current mailing address as it is entered in your LOUIE Student Center
When you click the green Submit button on the Request Enrollment
Verification page, a Verify Address page (figure 4) will display where you
can verify that the address you selected is correct. If it is not correct, you
can change it by clicking in the text boxes with your mouse and typing in the
Once you have verified that the
address you selected is the correct address, click the yellow OK button at the bottom of the Verify Address page. If the address is
incorrect, correct it on this page by typing in the correct address information
before you click OK.
If the verification is being mailed
to an address other than those in the Address
Type drop down menu (figure 3), leave the Send To My Address box unchecked. Enter the
appropriate information in the Send to
box of who the verification is being sent to. Click the Edit Address link and enter all the
necessary address information. Then, click on OK.
You will now see the address to which
your Enrollment Verification will be mailed, displayed on the Request Enrollment Verification page
(figure 5). If the address information is still incorrect, you can click the Edit Address link next to the address
and change it.
If you wish to have your Enrollment
Verification mailed to an additional address, you can click the green Add button on that page, and follow the
directions for Figure 3 and Figure 4 again to add another address. If you wish to
delete the address you already selected, you can click the green Delete button.
When you are satisfied that you have
selected the address you wish to have your Enrollment Verification mailed to,
click the green Submit button at the
bottom of the page.
Once you click Submit, your
Enrollment Verification will display (figure 6).
