When you need to share files that are too large to email, you can use the "Content Collection" feature of Blackboard Learn. Content Collection allows you to upload files to a web-based file system and email a link to a selected document to anyone in the world with an email address. Logging into Content Collection with BB Learn
- Open a web browser and navigate to bblearn.nau.edu. Left-click "Log in to BB Learn."
- On the login screen, type your NAU User ID into the first field, and your password into the second field. Press the Enter/Return key or click "LOGIN" to log into BB Learn. In some instances if you are already logged into another NAU system the login screen will not appear and you will be passed in to the main BB Learn site.
- Near the top right-hand corner of the BB Learn screen, left-click "Content Collection."
BBLearn Available Quota
You can find your available quota near the top right-hand corner of the Content Collection screen, directly under the "Set Up Web Folder" button. The available quota is the maximum amount of space you can use for shared files. You should have 500 MB available by default.
