The Account Activity option in TouchNet will show you any financial activity on your account with NAU. This includes any charges to your account and payments that you have made along with details about specific payments and charges. To access your Account Activity, access TouchNet by clicking on make a payment under the Finances section in your LOUIE Student Center.

You will be prompted to go to TouchNet. Make sure your Pop-up Blocker is turned off and you are using one of the supported browsers. Click on the link to be redirected to TouchNet. TouchNet may take several minutes to load. Do not press the back or stop buttons during this process.

Once you reach TouchNet you can access your Account Activity by either clicking View Account Activity or Account Activity under the My Account Tab.

Your Account Activity will display the activity for the current semester including Descriptions of the activity, the Date, and the Amount, along with your final balance for that semester. You can also sort your activity by clicking on any of the column headers. If you would like to make a payment, click on Make a Payment under your Account Activity. To change semester, select the semester you wish to view from the View transactions by term drop down menu, then select Go.
