Creating a contact group in Outlook Web Access (OWA)

Microsoft's Outlook Web Access (OWA) allows you to create named groups of email addresses that can be used to easily address a message to frequently used groups.  To access the OWA help on creating contact groups, Log into OWA, click on the little question mark(?) in the upper right hand corner of the OWA screen, choose Help, then type "Create a Group" into the help search box and press enter.   You can also view step-by-step instructions on Microsoft's online Create An OWA Contacts Group web page .
