Creating Address Book Contact Groups

In Entourage 2008 for Macintosh, Distribution Lists, which allow you to build named groups of email addresses, are called Contact Groups.  To learn how to create and add addresses to an Entourage 2008 contact group, pull down the Help menu, Choose Entourage Help, then type "Create a Group" into the search box, or visit this Microsoft Online Create a Group of Address Book Contacts Page.

Email Client Distribution Lists are used to send an email to a predefined group of users. A message sent to a Contact Group goes to all recipients that are listed in the group. You can include Contact Groups in messages, task requests, meeting requests, and in other Contact Groups.
