Help Desk

The e-Learning Center's Help Desk offers email and telephone support for faculty and staff. The Help Desk is the best option when you need immediate assistance for a technology problem and want to talk with someone on the phone. It’s also your best starting point for requesting consulting appointments for larger issues that don’t need an immediate response. Learn more.


We offer online self-service tutorials and regularly scheduled workshops, both in person and online, on a variety of topics. We can also create custom workshops for departments or groups of faculty.


The e-Learning Center helps instructors use technology to create and teach courses. Instructors can schedule consulting appointments with instructional designers, instructional technologists, and the Creative Design Group to discuss ideas for courses and to get suggestions and training about ways to use technology effectively.
