Our Educational Psychology graduate programs strive to:
- give
you hands-on experience in supervised clinical settings
- provide
you with a curriculum based on a developmental, experiential training
model that includes understanding theory, assessment, intervention, and
evaluation skills
- prepare you to work with individuals, families,
groups, schools, organizations, and agencies
Accreditation

University
Our Professional Education Unit consists of 18 undergraduate and 34 graduate programs across four colleges that prepare teachers and school administrators, counselors, psychologists, and speech therapists. Our professional education programs were the first of public and private professional education preparation programs in Arizona to receive NCATE accreditation.

MEd School Counseling and MA Counseling
These programs were first accredited by the Council for
Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP) in 1998.
These programs have maintained continuous accreditation status, which is valid
through March, 2014.

MA School Psychology + Certification and PhD Educational Psychology-School Psychology programs
The MA program received full approval status in
1991 and the PhD received full approval in 1998. Both programs have maintained
continuous approval status; approval is valid until 2013.
