Aqua Fitness Classes
Stay fit and have fun when you attend our fitness classes. Work
out using the water’s natural resistance for muscle toning, balance,
flexibility, and cardiovascular conditioning.
Beginning and Intermediate Adult Learn to Swim classes
Interested in staying fit with swimming, but not quite ready for a full masters workout? The beginning/intermediate lap swim class is just for you! Learn about the competitive strokes, drills, and how to properly use the various equipment and participate in a workout. The class runs monthly every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. First session runs February 3 - 26, 2015. Second session is March 3 - April 2, 2015. Third session is April 7 - 30, 2015. Aqua Group Exercise Classes
For the swimmer looking for additional help with technique, Swiminars provide additional time with an instructor to refine strokes, starts, and turns. Beginning February 7, 2015 sessions are held every Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Can be used as a make up for PES classes with the PES make up form. Free for students and members, $5.00 for all other patrons. Drop in on Saturday!
Aqua Group Exercise Classes
These classes are free for Northern Arizona University students and Wall Aquatic Center pass-holders. All others must purchase a day pass. Look at the Group Exercise Schedule for more information. Dress accordingly: bathing suit and towels are not provided.

|Aqua Bootcamp||Mondays 12:10 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.||Experience power, strength, and agility movements in and out of the water. This class will push your limits while you fight through the resistance of the water and move through plyometric exercises on land.|
|Aqua Blast||Tuesdays 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.||A high intensity, high energy class, this class will incorporate interval training in a suspended environment providing you with an incredible cardiovascular and resistance training workout. You will sculpt and tone your muscles incorporating leg strengthening exercises, sculling and through the use of resistive aqua equipment.|

Effective January 1st, 2013
Refunds that occur on the same day and within the same cashier shift as the original transaction may be refunded immediately in the same form as they were accepted.
All other refund requests must be submitted to Campus Recreation Services in writing via email to email@example.com. Approved refunds will be submitted to the EMSA Business Office for processing.
Approved cash and check refunds will incur a 20% processing fee and a check will be issued within 30-60 business days. Approved credit card refunds will incur a 20% processing fee and will be refunded via credit card.
Campus Recreation Services credit is available, in lieu of a refund, and will not incur a processing fee.
Refunds for purchases under $25.00 will be issued in the form of Campus Recreation Services credit. Credits can only be applied to other Campus Recreation Services programs and purchases and must be used by the end of the fiscal year.
For any program canceled by the department, participants will receive a full refund of all registration fees paid thus far.
