Small group training/Partner training

Buddy Training and Small Group Personal Training 

To advance your fitness, sometimes you need a little boost.  Small Group or Partner training may be just what you need to bring your goals to fruition.  This style of training is effective in realms of accountability and goal setting with peers. Groups can range from 4-6 individuals.

All sessions are 60 minutes and Personal Training packets must be turned in together at time of payment.

$18/per week/per person

3x per week

$24/per week/per person

14 Weeks (2x or 3x per week)

*Available through Payroll Deduction for Rec Members at the beginning of Fall and Spring semester.
