Group Fitness offers multiple fitness formats to allow individuals to participate in the workout that best suits their need.  From cardio, to high intensity interval training, bootcamp, dance, boxing, yoga, and more, you're sure to find your soulmate workout here at campus recreation!  All of these classes are FREE! Try them all during your time as a lumberjack.

New Group Fitness Location! 


Looking for a way to grab a quick workout during your lunch break! Campus Recreation Group Fitness has added a new location for classes in the Fieldhouse. Join us on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12pm-1pm with Jazzercise and Yoga. These classes will run from October19th- November11th. These classes are free to Campus Recreation Members and cost a low fee of $20 for non-members. Click here to register. 


What's that class all about anyway? Find the right class with the following descriptions.  All of these free, drop-in classes are taught by certified instructors.  From the gym to the pool we have a class  that is right for you! Classes are held in the MPG, Exercise Suites, TRX Corner, and the Wall Aquatic Center.
