Group fitness offers multiple fitness formats to allow individuals to participate in the workout that best suits their need.  From cardio, to high intensity interval training, bootcamp, dance, boxing, yoga, and more, you're sure to find your Soulmate workout here at campus recreation! All of these classes are FREE!  Try them all during your time as a Lumberjack!

Group fitness Spring 2015 class description

What's that class all about, anyway? Find the right class with the following class description. All of these free, drop-in classes are taught by certified instructors. From the gym to the pool, we have a class that is right for you! Classes are held in the MPG, Exercise Suites, TRX Corner, and the Wall Aquatic Center.
