Group Fitness offers a number of exciting, fun, and challenging classes. Our instructors will motivate you to accomplish your fitness goals. All students and health and learning center members are welcome to attend group fitness classes! Did we mention that these classes are FREE?!
The semester schedule has a lot to offer in multiple classrooms in the health and learning center. The class descriptions below will help you find the right class for you! The fall schedule is effective starting Monday, August 25, 2014!
