About the Book
Every day a different body. Every day a different life. Every day in love with the same girl.
With no warning about whom they will be, person “A” wakes up every day in a different bed and a different body. The guiding principles for living in a different body are not to get attached, avoid being noticed, don’t interfere. And this works fairly well until A wakes up in the body of Justin and falls in love with Justin’s girlfriend, Rhiannon. One day with her is not enough and A struggles to find ways to continue to see her. As A and Rhiannon become friends, they discover if you can truly love someone who is destined changes every day.
Beyond the central story of A and Rhiannon’s friendship, Every Day explores what it’s like to live in the body of individuals that we encounter every day in our own lives. Including a football player, a hot black girl, a suicidal teen, a morbidly obese male, a bully, an addict, gay, straight and transgendered, and more, the reader takes on the perspective of others and is fascinated by A’s adaptability and coping skills as he/she maneuvers from body to body.
Every Day raises the sort of every day questions we should all be asking ourselves. Who am I today? How will I make decisions for myself? What is my impact on others? What is compassion?
