Graduate Program Information

The Department of Politics and International Affairs offers three graduate degree program options: Ph.D. and Masters degree programs in Political Science, and a Masters of Public Administration degree program. Our Masters and doctoral degree programs are geared toward students interested in American Politics, International Relations, Comparative Politics, and Public Administration. We also encourage additional work in one of three thematic areas: Development, Diversity, and the Environment. We take pride in allowing students the flexibility to structure and further enrich their educational experiences via classes with affiliated faculty. For more information on graduate training through the department, read about the interests of our current Ph.D. students and placements held by our former students.

We encourage you to browse our Graduate Program webpages for additional details on our graduate degrees, application procedures, and more. If you have questions about our graduate programs, please do not hesitate to contact us:
