You can take courses at Northern
Arizona University toward an undergraduate minor in disability studies, or one
of our graduate certificates. As a graduate student you may also gain real
experience working on an interdisciplinary team.
We also offer enrichment courses to individuals who want to
expand their skills for working with children with disabilities.

The Institute for Human Development strives to make
connections between the university and the community. Our community programs use university resources and knowledge to improve community
assistance programs and to provide access to disability services.
