The MS Applied Geospatial Sciences degree program is
available in a fully online format. In addition to the requirements above, as a
distance learning student, you must:
- Choose the practicum option; the thesis option
is strongly discouraged for online students.
- Carefully construct a program of study based on
the more limited range of online courses that are available - please note that you may be required to take courses outside of the GRP department.
How to Apply
As noted in the academic catalog link, above, to apply to the MS degree program you must submit (1) an application, (2) transcripts, (3) three letters of recommendation, (4) a statement of purpose, and (5) advisor agreement form. The application form is mostly done online through the NAU Graduate College. Transcripts must be sent to the NAU Graduate College. Letters can be mailed, faxed or emailed to:
