There are currently no openings for Central Office Student Positions, though
there are some open positions for the Fall 2013 semester. Fill
out a Fall 2013 application to
apply for a job in the Fall 2013 semester. If you fill out a Summer 2013 application, which will be reviewed should any positions become available over the summer.
Administrative Clerk
The Housing and Residence Life Administrative Clerk position
provides year-round support to the Executive Director of Housing and Residence
Life, Director of Housing and Residence Life, and Assistant Director of
Learning Communities. Central office hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, during
the academic year and 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, during the summer.
Job description You will:
- provide
quality customer service, in person and on the telephone
- mail
requested information to students and parents
- keep
area clean and organized
- enter
data of all learning community contracts and information
- possess
multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- operate
office equipment and have knowledge of office environment
- coordinate
and complete mass mailings
- audit
paperwork
- maintain
and order forms and supplies
- manage
student and personnel files, including organizing and creating files
Front Desk/Operations Assistant
The Housing and Residence Life Front Desk/Operations Assistant
position provides year-round support to within the housing operations area of
the central office.
Residence and Greek Life Office Assistant
The Residence and Greek Life Area Office Assistant
position provides support to the Greek Life area, the Associate Director of
Hall Staffing, Assistant Directors of Residence Life, and Residence Life
coordinators.
