Early check-in
Residence halls open for the spring
semester on Saturday, January 12 at 9am.
You
may choose to check in early to your residence hall during designated early check-in
times. The early check-in charge is $40 per night.
Thursday, January 10, 12–5pm
Friday, January 11, 1-5pm
The early check-in
charge will be billed to your student LOUIE account
after opening, based on the date you check into the hall. You
do not have to contact our office ahead of time – just go directly to your
residence hall and check in at the front
desk of your hall during the designated times
listed above.
Note: New freshman students registered for Orientation on Friday, January 11 will not be charged the early check-in fee.
