Why I chose NAU: I am excited to work in a department that is so genuinely positive and student focused. In the time that I previously spent in Flagstaff, I found NAU and the larger community to be warm and welcoming, and I am looking forward to being a part of that experience for my residents and staff. Also, as someone who loves the outdoors, I am eager to explore all of the amazing hiking and biking opportunities that the area holds!

Why I chose NAU: I am excited to start my journey
in the west at NAU from Charlotte, North Carolina. I originally choose NAU for
the Counseling program but I have grown to love the environment that NAU and
Flagstaff has. I am thrilled to explore the hiking trails and opportunity to
snowboard at Snowbowl. I love the welcoming feeling of Flagstaff and the
artistic environment I have seen across my journey of Arizona. I am even more
excited to continue my Aerial Arts training at the local aerial studio in Flagstaff!

Why I chose NAU: I chose NAU because it's close to home, and because Flagstaff is very welcoming. I also fell in love with the four seasons and how beautiful the campus is.
Why I'm excited to be an RA: I'm excited to meet new people and make more connections on campus. I am also excited to participate in more campus events.

Why I chose NAU: I enjoyed the feel of the campus. It was the type of college experience I was looking for.
Why I'm excited for this year: I'm excited to be an RA this year and to introduce people to NAU and re-introduce myself as well in the process. I hope this year matches up to the potential it has at the moment.

Why I chose NAU: It has a flourishing psychology program, a delightfully scenic campus, and it is an adventure in itself.
Why I am excited for this year: I cannot wait to get to know all my residents, and I am ready and thrilled to see what NAU has in store for me this year.

Why I chose NAU: The climate up here is way nicer than where I'm from, and I heard that NAU was a good school for anyone wanting to go into Education.
Why I’m excited for this year: I’m so excited to bring all of my enthusiasm into the Gender Inclusive Housing community, and I cannot wait to graduate and move on to get my M.Ed. In Student Affairs.

Why I'm excited for this year: I'm excited to learn. As a first year RA, I'm prepared to take challenges head on, and am interested to see what will happen along the way. New experiences is what I live for.

Why I chose NAU: I chose NAU because I wanted to be in a new environment that was completely different from the desert and for their smaller class sizes. I thought it would give me a chance to experience a new place and venture past my comfort zone.

Why I chose NAU: I fell in love with the campus from the moment I saw it. NAU is small, friendly and cozy, which simply drew me in. Flagstaff in general is a beautiful place and I could not picture myself anywhere else.
Why I’m excited for this year: I am excited about being an RA and helping people adjust to their new environment or continue on with their college adventure. I am also excited to take advantage of all the great opportunities that are in-stored for this year.
