Name: Andrew Sweeney
Floor: 2nd
Year/Major: Sophomore – Finance
Hometown: Phoenix, AZ

Why I chose to go to NAU: I chose to come to Northern Arizona University because, I loved its location for hiking, biking, and anything else outdoors more than anything. The school has all the resources I need to have fun and be successful with also being a comfortable three hours away from home; it truly is the perfect fit.

Why I am excited to be an RA: I am excited about being an RA mostly because I want to be able to allow new students here at the university to have the smoothest possible transition into college life. Coming into a new setting such as college can sometimes feel intimidating, but I will strive to help make my residents’ first year here at NAU a positive experience to remember.
