Why I chose Northern Arizona University: I love the small town atmosphere, and the ability to be in Arizona and still be close to greenery and the mountains while avoiding the heat.

Why I'm excited for this year: I am beginning the year in a new building and area with a different population of students.  I am ready to inspire someone.

Something about you: I’ve worked with a variety of residents during my years in Students Affairs, including Honors, Freshmen, Graduate, and families. I am especially delighted to work with a new population of students and contributing to their growth and development. My office door is open so stop by and just say hello!

Why I chose NAU: I chose NAU because of its location, beautiful campus and small town feel. Four year locked tuition, the urban trail system and it being only a two hour drive home were sweet bonuses!

Why I am excited to be an RA: I love getting to know people’s stories and connect with each person on a different level. I am extra stoked to challenge myself with new surroundings in Aspen Crossings and I hope to add a little more happiness to each of my residents’ lives this coming year.

Why I chose NAU: I chose NAU so I could learn to live away from home. NAU is a great environment with friendly people everywhere. I also chose NAU because of the small community flagstaff offers to the campus. NAU is a great place to learn and live because it is peaceful and is great work environment.

Why I am excited to return as an RA: I am excited to be an RA, because this position will help me to grow as an individual. This position will help me to become more outgoing and will teach me the tools on how to be a leader and a helper. I hope to come out of this year with new friendships and a great experience.
