2015 Ashleigh Gossen - Allen
Name: Ashleigh Gossen

Major: Microbiology
Hometown: Tucson, AZ

Why I chose NAU: I grew up living in a desert so I wanted a nice (much cooler) change in scenery. Also, NAU's smaller class sizes and numerous opportunties to advance academically, personally, and professionally made it a perfect fit for my undergrad work!

Why I am excited to be an RA: I remember when I started my freshman year at NAU; transitioning could get a little overwhelming trying to figure out where everything was and how to "be an adult". To me, being an RA is being that voice that says, "its not as scary as it seems," and having that stick with your residents is the most rewarding part.
