Raymond
is a quiet, apartment-style hall, and has a community feel thanks to the large
courtyard. Located on central campus,
Raymond features a one-bedroom, one-bathroom layout housing three students, and
comes partially furnished. Most of the residents are second year students and
enjoy the independent living that the apartment style living accommodates.
Residents are able to enjoy various hall events, such as the annual St.
Valentine’s Day fest.

Rent payments
The 2012-2013 academic year rate is $4,584. For your
convenience, rent is billed directly to your student LOUIE account.
