Ernest Calderón Learning Community’s academically-focused and 24-hour quiet environment is appreciated by residents who place success in their college career as their top priority. Calderón is a suite-style hall in central campus, offering several study spaces, kitchens, two classrooms, game room, fitness room and third floor “Summit Lounge” offering a sweeping view of the mountains. Beginning Fall 2015, Calderón will become home to the University Honors community, with priority for incoming freshman Honors participants.

Rent payments

The total 2014-2015 academic year rent is $4,868. For your convenience, rent is billed directly to your student LOUIE account.
