Northern Arizona University is in the process of designing a number of mandated mechanical and fire life safety upgrades to our apartment-style buildings, including South Village Apartments where family housing is located. NAU will be forced to close South Village and other impacted apartments for a period of time to complete the required installation. As a result family housing will not be available for new applicants during this current 2013-2014 academic year. Available space is anticipated in family housing beginning fall 2014.Family housing benefits
