Family housing rates  

Rent is charged to your student LOUIE account at the beginning of each semester and is due on the first day of each month.  

Family Housing

Family housing will not have a rent increase for the 2013-2014 academic year. The 2013-2014 rates will go into effect August 1, 2013.  

 

	Rent 2012-2013 (effective August 1, 2012)
South Family - 2 bedroom small	$787
South Family - 2 bedroom large	$870

*Payments are due the 1st of each month
