We request faculty and research staff complete the Early Proposal Notification Form to notify the Office of Grant and Contract Services (OGCS) of an upcoming proposal. After submitting the form, you will receive a reply acknowledgment from OGCS containing the name of the grant administrator responsible for your proposal, the OGCS internal tracking number assigned to the proposal, as well as the web address for all required forms. Soon after, your grant administrator will contact you directly regarding the proposal.
