The Kephalaia of Mani
NAU Professor Jason BeDuhn and a team of international
researchers are hoping to shed new light on a lost religion. They are
uncovering the secrets of the Kephalaia of Mani, a rare fourth-century Coptic
document that was written on the finest papyrus of its time. This document is
now being analyzed using the most advanced imaging technologies available to
imaging specialists at NAU’s IDEA Lab. The
350 pages of barely legible text are being digitally enhanced through multispectral
