Standards

The Challenge Course has identified and incorporated learning standards that the state of Arizona believes to be important. Although we cannot guarantee that each standard is met within a one-day experience, we can provide the opportunity for students to grasp the concepts of standards that the instructor or staff predetermines.

Learner-centered education

The Arizona Board of Regents has indentified learner-centered education as a priority in order "to provide support and oversight for each university's efforts to improve student learning." We believe that the Challenge Course can aid Arizona's universities in fulfilling some of the guiding principles for learner-centered education.

Trainings
