In order to
cover the expenses of reserving and preparing the Challenge Course, we have
established the following policies for cancellation.
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to
reserve the course and is due upon confirmation of the reservation.
- Final counts/numbers (participants, parking
passes, dining hall tickets) are due one week prior to your course date. Pending
availability, it may be possible to add numbers after the final count date.
- An invoice will be sent upon receiving final
numbers. Full payment is due 15 business days after invoice receipt. Fees are
set at this time; no refunds will be given.
- We do not reschedule or provide refunds due to
bad weather. The Challenge Course is always willing to move the program
indoors. Indoor options include low course programming in the Health and Learning
Center and use of the Climbing Wall as an indoor high course alternative.
