Assessment Strategy

The assessment strategy should identify:

who is responsible for collecting data
when and where data collection takes place
who is responsible for data analysis
when data analysis will likely take place
who will discuss the analyses and findings, making interpretations, and selecting recommendations and actions
when those discussion are likely to take place

Overall, the assessment plan should be manageable and feasible within the constraints of the department’s resources.
