collection.

Assessment strategy modifications
If your data collection efforts proceed as planned within
your assessment strategy, simply submit a report or statement to the University
Assessment Committee that you are completing Phase 2: Data Collection for your
Annual Assessment Report.
If, during your data collection, you make modifications to
your assessment strategy, please re-submit those areas of the report that you
changed with a clear and explicit explanation as to why you needed to modify
the assessment strategy.
