Our services are free and available to all Northern Arizona University students. We offer a gathering place to relax, make new friends, and enjoy coffee and tea Monday through Friday.

Academic guidance

We can help you with your academic needs, including:

• course selection and academic planning
• maintaining good academic standing
• finding additional academic support
• how to communicate with faculty and instructors
• navigating the university system

Financial aid guidance

We provide assistance with:

• completing financial aid and tribal aid applications and documents
• information regarding student financial aid programs and benefits
• searching for scholarships and completing applications
• maintaining good financial aid status
• financial aid planning and budgeting
• finding solutions to financial aid issues and concerns

Personal and cultural support

We offer:

• resources to balance work, school, family, and culture
• access to a room designed for personal reflection and meditation
• personal enrichment and leadership opportunities
• cultural and educational activities
• graduate school and professional planning
• counseling Center referrals
• resident elder referrals

Before you enroll

We can help you get ready for university life, and offer:

• assistance with completing the admissions, financial aid/tribal aid, and housing processes
• tips and tools on being a successful college student
• referrals to other support resources

Resources

Come in and use our:

• student computer terminals and printer (print up to 10 pages per day for free)
• fax machine for educational documents
• complimentary beverage station

We can refer you to the right place for:

• customized campus tours
• child care
• health services
• housing
• social service agencies
