Policies tailored to your needs
Tuition deferment request
If you are receiving Chapter 30, 35, 1606, or 1607 benefits, and need to have some or all of your tuition deferred until later in the semester, please contact our office for the current deferment form.
Reactivation policy
If you’re recalled to active duty, our reactivation policy allows you to easily withdrawal from the university.
Support
The Office of Military and Veteran Affairs provides resources and support services to our
military-affiliated students.
At the Flagstaff campus, we have a dedicated Military and Veteran Student Center where you can connect with other student veterans.
We also offer a special section of NAU-100, a
transition course for first-year students, to help veterans prepare for higher
education.
