Return & Exchange Policy
ITS will only accept returns of software packages that have not been used. We cannot accept packages that have been opened, unless the CD was found defective. If found defective, ITS will exchange the software package with another copy of the same software.
Please check the system requirements before purchasing software.
ITS will refund full purchase price of a software package that is returned unopened within 7 business days of purchase. Refunds are processed manually and generally take 5-7 working days to process. If you require a refund for any reason, please contact us via email at Ask-SW@nau.edu, or call the Solution Center at 928-523-1511. Please have this information ready when you write or call:
