Welcome to NAUfit-Fall 2016!
If you are committed to improving your health, NAUfit offers the help you need to reach those goals. Participants win prizes and earn wellness tools just for being there! The program offers hands-on experiences with free professional guidance and consultation to help you make the most of your time at NAU. Look out for NAUfit at the beginning of each semester. Multiple meetings happen each week, you choose the time that works for you!

What's in it for me?
NAUfit is a FREE six week wellness program for students, offered through a collaboration with Health Promotion, Campus Recreation, and NAU Dining. It aims to help students improve their overall health in the following areas:
- Physical fitness
- Stress management
- Healthy Sleep
What are the prizes?
Each week participants receive tools and prizes to help them reach their weekly health goals.
The group setting provides information, tips, tricks and moral support to help you reach your personal wellness goals!

When does it start?
Weekly incentives are for EVERYONE who attends the meetings - free food, water bottles, resistance bands, sleep kits, and more!
There will also be weekly drawings for raffle prizes! Win a 1-hour massage, dining dollars, personal training sessions, and other great prizes.

What topics are covered?
This is a 6-week program, with a 30 minute interactive module every week. There are multiple meeting times each week to make it easy on your schedule! Join us once a week at the meeting of your choice:
- Mondays, 4:00-4:30 PM
- Tuesdays, 4:00-4:30 PM
- Wednesdays, 1:00-1:30 PM
In addition to the weekly meetings, we ask that you take 5-10 minutes per day to practice the new healthy skills you'll be learning each week. The more you track your progress, the more chances you have to win raffle prizes!
