Visit The Graduate College
In Person and Virtual Campus Visits
We have two modes of campus visits to assist you: In Person and Virtual (web conferencing). Please see descriptions below for 'in-person' and 'virtual' campus tours.
In-Person Visit Agenda
All in-person campus visits will begin at 10:00am in the Graduate College, in Ashurst, Building #11 on the campus map. Parking will be in Lot P3 on the campus map. Pick up your parking pass in the Graduate College main office, Room A107.
10:00am - Meeting with the Graduate College and Q&A
10:40am - Tour of Campus and Lunch (lunch available during the academic year and when open)
12:30pm - Meeting with Department (unless otherwise scheduled)
Please note that students wishing to visit the following programs must contact faculty who hold similar research interests prior to signing up for the campus visit to secure a time. Please enter the faculty with which you spoke, and the time of your meeting in the comments section below.
These programs include: anthropology, biology, chemistry, and forestry. Link to the graduate programs page to access the program and faculty.
Note:
Tours in summer and months with extended holidays will be abridged due to faculty and campus schedules.
For airport, shuttle information, driving directions and accommodations in Flagstaff, please visit the "Visitors" tab on the City of Flagstaff website.
Virtual Tour Agenda (Web Conferencing)
Virtual tours offer the same information as an in-person tour. However, in place of a meeting with your faculty member, you will be provided with their contact information for questions. Virtual tours happen approximately once a month on Wednesdays. The calendar below shows all available virtual tours. Virtual Tours are offered at different times during the day. For a list of times that correspond to each virtual tour, please see the Graduate Events webpage and then sign up below for the date that works for your schedule.
