The President's Associates is the flagship of the NAU Fund program, honoring donors who set the standard for philanthropy and support Northern Arizona University’s continuing rise in quality.

As a President’s Associate, your benefits include:

  • recognition in the Honor Roll of Donors and annual Report to Donors
  • invitations to special President’s Associates events, including the annual donor recognition luncheon and regional recognition receptions   
  • frequent news and communication, including the online President’s Associates newsletter, PINE Magazine, and special notifications of events and student success story updates
  • customized behind-the-scenes tours of campus in your areas of interest as appropriate
  • a nomination for donor spotlight on our website

Membership guidelines

Membership is open to alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and other friends of the university based on total gifts and pledge payments.

Membership guidelines are as follows:

  • annual cumulative contributions must total $1,000 or more to any area of the University
  • membership is for Northern Arizona University’s fiscal year, July 1 - June 30
  • gifts can be made in cash, by credit or debit card, or in negotiable securities

Membership levels

There are four levels of philanthropic activity within the President’s Associates. Each provides unique opportunities for Northern Arizona University students 

  • Pine President’s Associates - $1,000 to $2,499 
  • Blue President’s Associates - $2,500 to $4,999
  • Gold President’s Associates - $5,000 to $9,999
  • President’s Circle - $10,000 or more

My company has a matching gift program.  How do I secure a matching gift for Northern Arizona University?

If your employer offers a matching gift program you may be able to double or even triple your gift to Northern Arizona University. Simply obtain the matching gift form from your human resources department and forward the completed form along with your gift to:
