We strongly suggest that students choose a major and form a
larger program of study that is academically rigorous and challenging. Choose
courses that will help you learn to read difficult texts with greater care,
write with greater clarity, and learn to examine and evaluate the strengths and
weaknesses of different kinds of argument.
