Academic standing

You can always see your academic standing in LOUIE by viewing either your unofficial transcript or your advisement report. The standing for each term is posted beneath the line of your cumulative grade point average (GPA).

Each term you are on probation, you will receive an official notice from the Registrar’s Office. However, you will receive an official note only on the first term you are suspended.

Good standing

Good standing indicates you have maintained the university’s minimum cumulative GPA.

Probation and suspension

If your GPA drops below a 2.0, you may be placed on academic probation or suspended from the university.
