“Collaborative Learning: Principles, Design, and Practices for Multiple Course Formats”
This Seminar seeks to primarily engage faculty who teach lower division, large enrollment classes.
Application must be submitted no later than Friday, April 12, 2013 (online, faxed to 523-8949, or mailed to Faculty Professional Development Program, Box 4131)

If selected to participate in the Seminar 2013, I agree to the following responsibilities:
- availability to participate in full-day sessions on May 15 - 17, 2013
- availability for one of the orientation lunches:
to participate in follow-up discussions with Seminar colleagues and Professor Barkley during the year following the seminar
to submit a brief report at the end of each semester on the ways my teaching was influenced by the Seminar work and the impact of this work on student learning.
