Green NAU Energy Initiative  

As part of Northern Arizona University’s efforts to reduce cost and emissions associated with energy waste, Facility Services contracted with NORESCO to provide and implement energy conservation measures (ECMs). This 15-year Energy Savings Performance Contract pays for the upgrades with cost avoidance generated by the ECMs, saving approximately $1,500,000 annually.
