Fitness on Demand allows you to customize the group fitness experience. When and where do you want to host an exercise event? You bring the students and we'll take care of the rest.

We understand your life is busy. Fitness on Demand reservations allow you to host events in your residence hall, apartment, or the office to experience a fitness escape! Our certified fitness instructors will come to you and provide your group with a personalized workout to suit the needs of your group.

We offer the following formats. See below for additional details.

All Levels Yoga
Through this class, gain experiential knowledge while you are taught the foundations of yoga. Learn how to focus on technique and alignment of each posture and open up your body for breathing, flexibility, and strength training. The workout helps reduce your stress and improves your physical and mental balance. Each yoga workout can be easily modified to accommodate all experience levels. Please bring your own yoga mat to each class. The front desk has limited supply so please plan accordingly.
You can command Power, Strength, and Agility with this high intensity circuit workout that will push you to your limits. As you maneuver your way through each workout station, you'll lunge, crunch, jump, and more for a full body workout. In the end, you'll leave the class feeling exhilarated!
Hardcore Abs
 Tired of endless crunches? Train your core from the inside out using stability balls, medicine balls, and your own body weight. You’ll experience a total front and back abdominal workout which will help you achieve your core strengthening goals.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
 HIIT is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy of alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise with short, intense workouts. You’ll experience a multitude of benefits some of which include: improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and fat burning.
 A class that works your entire body without even knowing it! Pilates workouts consist of a compilation muscular endurance, conditioning, yoga, sports and dance exercises. The class will challenge core and peripheral strength while working on posture, coordination, balance, and flexibility.
 Drop it like it's hot! This class mixes salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, samba, bachata, belly dance, and hip hop - you won't feel like you are in a fitness class, you will feel like you are at the club! This class combines fast and slow rhythms that get your heart pumping. It’s a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps perfect for anyone with or without dance experience!! Come Zumba with us!

Registration policies and procedures

Confirmation process

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Fitness Programs after you fill out a class request form and after you have paid for the course.

Additional policies 


  • when you request a class, it will be a one hour class (60 minutes) unless otherwise noted in the request
  • instructors will supply a portable stereo and microphone
  • equipment will be limited for Fitness On Demand classes
  • all locations are required to have a phone, an emergency action plan, and an AED (preferred)
  • it is your responsibility to ensure the space is large enough to accommodate your group
  • groups exceeding 50 participants are required to have multiple instructors
  • requests may be denied due to short notice (less than two weeks), instructor availability, and safety of the location
